Dr. Cook completed her education and residency at the University of Florida. And, along with her private practice in Gainesville, has held several positions at UF over the years, serving as president of the College of Medicine Alumni Association, member of the Medical Selection Committee, preceptor, and courtesy clinical assistant professor.
